The process is rather simple. Fill out the form below, PRINT out the following page with PIN NUMBER, and bring it to the dealer.

When you come to see us  and choose your vehicle, you will be shown the Manufacturer's Invoice and all available rebates and incentives for that vehicle, plus the specially negotiated savings brought to you by your organization. In some cases, your cost will be below invoice!

The form below will need to be filled out in its entirety and a PIN NUMBER will be generated on the next page. Print the next page out and bring it to the dealer to participate in the Gates Partnership Program.
